Placing an Order

  • How Do I Make an Order?
    • Find your favorite items on any product page, add them to cart and checkout. That's it, it's easy!
  • Where is My Confirmation Email?
    • Webb's Essentials automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:
      • Check the spam folder of your email account
      • Check your Paypal transaction history
      • Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history
  • What Materials are Your Products Made Of?
    • Webb's Essentials makes sure that great designs are as good as the apparel they are on. We use high quality materials for your comfort. We ensure the fabric composition is listed in the product descriptions.
  • Where is My Receipt?
    • Your Webb's Essentials invoice is sent to you via email, and will serve as your receipt when you make an order.
  • What Type of Payment Do You Accept?
    • At Checkout, you may pay with your Credit Card or Paypal account.
  • Do You Offer Discount Vouchers or Coupons?
    • Please sign up and be included in our mailing list for you to be the first to know about super deals, discounts and other promotions. 
  • Can I Send My Order as a Gift? 
    • ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field.

Shipping, Delivery and Returns 

  • Do You Offer Free Shipping?
    • Yes! Our store currently offers FREE SHIPPING for USA orders of $50 or more. International Shipping is dependent on location and will be displayed upon checkout. 
  • What is your PROCESSING TIME? 
    • Orders will leave our warehouse within 7 days (normally much faster) of order.
  • What are your SHIPPING TIMES? 
    • United States and Canada:
      • 2-4 weeks (usually much faster)
    • Other countries:
      • 2-4 weeks (usually much faster)
  • Where Will My Order Come From? 
    • Our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as China, Canada and Ireland.
  • Will My Items Come In One Package? 
    • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. (Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries).
  • How Do I Track My Order?
    • For most orders, we will be providing you with a unique USPS tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. You may enter tracking information in this portal:

  • What is Your Refund Policy?
    • Webb's Essentials is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with their purchase. Please contact us and we will be glad to make things right for you!
  • What is Your Return Policy?
    • We don't want to give you more hassles. When there is a mistake on our part, we simply send you the right merchandise without asking you to return the wrong item you've received. You don't have to spend a dime and shipping is totally on us!
    • You may also ask for a Webb's Essentials credit that you can use on your next purchase if you don't want us to send you a replacement. 


  • Wrong Item Received
    • If you have received an order with the wrong size and/or design – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use this information to correct your order.
  • Damaged Item and Low Quality Print
    • Please send us a photograph with your order ID and we will use these information to correct your order.
  • Missing Orders
    • If you have not received all of your orders, please send us your order ID and the tracking number to help us locate your item.
  • Double Billing
    • If you ordered one item only and is double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.
  • Unauthorized Charge
    • We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.
    • Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a Paypal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your Paypal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your Paypal account.
  • Wrong Shipping Information (Recipient and/or Address)
    • Webb's Essentials can still make the necessary correction/changes to the shipping address you have entered within 24 hours of placing your order.
